Things work out
Well, today my problems are a lot less than they were a couple days ago.
First: I have an apartment! I signed the rental agreement yesterday, so now all I have to do is get my stuff into it. This is proving to be more difficult than I had first thought. The person who had agreed to take a couple loads of stuff forgot some previous engagements today and won’t be able to move things until after dark tonight, and I don’t know what the rain situation is. It was supposed to rain all day today, and I’ve been extraordinarily lucky to only have a little rain today, and lots of sun. Of course, I’m not actually moving things, so it doesn’t matter. Hopefully it won’t be raining tonight.
If I can just get my bed into the new place, I can sleep there. And the rest can come a little at a time.
I’m really glad that all the money stuff is (sort of) working out. There’s still not enough, but I think that I can get through a little bit longer, and so long as I remain more stable thanks to the meds, I can get some more income coming in. There’s still some more work that one of my clients wants me to do, and hopefully I can get some more work coming in.
It’s just a matter of moving forward a little at a time and not sliding back very much or very often, right?
I went to the gym last night and had a pretty good workout. My triceps are a bit sore, as I worked them to exhaustion and then tried to keep going. Tomorrow my chest will probably hurt.
Anyhow, marching forward
