SPAM
Like everyone else on the planet nowadays, I get unsolicited commercial email. It seems to come in waves, and I get the same sorts of subjects over and over and over.
Two things make me think that spammers are not the most savvy of marketers:
1) OK, if I’m gonna be cheap and cut corners and risk getting some nasty fake copy of the real product I want to get, I’m gonna try that with something that doesn’t matter. Cheap potato chips? Lemme at them. Cheap v-neck t-shirts? I’m all over it. Cheap Viagra? Uhhhh, no, if I have use for Viagra I’ll pay full price thanks.
2) What marketing genius thought it would be a good idea to put Viagra out in SOFT TABS? Huh? I mean HELLOOOO. Call ’em ‘easy to swallow tabs’ or something, but don’t try to sell me erection medicine while hyping up the flaccidity of your product.
Some folks are just dumb.
